Michael Gralnick
Accomplished Due Diligence Expert and Trusted Advisor
Based in Sonoma County, California, Michael Gralnick is an experienced leader in Best Practices in Investor Due Diligence. He was one of the earliest members of the Keiretsu Forum’s founding chapter. Beginning in 2008, he led the Due Diligence Committee that built the methodology and laid the foundation for the systematized due diligence process used throughout all The Keiretsu Forum’s chapters globally.
Mr. Gralnick also wrote along with two others a prior version and wrote the current version of Keiretsu’s Due Diligence Process Handbook. This has influenced the processes used by other large angel investor groups that have modeled their collaborative processes on The Keiretsu Forum’s approach.
Although he mainly works as an executive for a rapidly growing Internet Platform, Mr. Gralnick also holds fractional executive roles with organizations tackling major environmental and climate issues. Furthermore, he provides consulting services both to investors with the goal of managing risk and minimizing dilation and to companies working toward raising capital faster and at higher valuations. Mr. Gralnick holds a law degree with an emphasis on international trade law from McGeorge School of Law.
